Fancy Fig Avocado Toast

Figs. Avocado. Fresh mozzarella. Basil. Olive Oil. Balsamic. Rosewater. Perfection.

Got a little too extra with my avocado toast last Sunday, but is too extra even a thing when it comes to toast? I think not. I’ve been absolutely OBSESSED with the sweet and savory fig and avocado combo. You could probably just slap those two on bread and call it a meal, but if you want to feel fancy and incorporate a ton of flavor, this one’s for you.

Hi there! I’m Anisha. This is where I like to share my favorite plant-forward eats, with joy and flavor being my topmost priorities. When I'm not cooking or photographing my creations, I'm probably running, tuning into a good podcast or book, or doing typical college student stuff. I hope you find something that excites you here!
