granola
of choice

almond flour

tsp
baking powder
1
tsp
cinnamon

tbsp
coconut sugar

egg
⅓
cup
extra virgin coconut oil (melted)

tbsp
almond butter
1
tsp
vanilla
2
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl: granola, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, coconut sugar.
Whisk all wet ingredients in a separate bowl: egg, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla, maple syrup.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about 2 tbsp of batter per cookie and space them about an inch apart from each other.
Top with more granola and dark chocolate chunks or chips. Bake for 12 minutes!
