The BEST Healthy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 dates
  • 1.5 tsp cacao sub unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp cayenne
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp maca optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Heat the mixture on the stove on medium-high for 5 minutes or pour into mugs and microwave them.
