Preheat your oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13 inch tray with vegan butter or coconut oil.
Mash bananas and mix with milk, lemon juice, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, and vanilla extract. Let this mixture sit for a few minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients.
Add cinnamon, oat flour, spelt flour, baking powder, and sea salt to the same bowl. Mix it all together and pour it into your tray.
Top the batter with blueberries. Bake for 35-40 minutes!
When serving, I highly recommend popping them in the toaster and then topping with coconut yogurt and sliced almonds.
