Add all ingredients except the oats to a high speed blender.
Start blending on low and increase to high as you go. Blend until no solid chunks are left. ~ 1-2 minutes.
Pour smoothie into bowl and add oats. Let sit for 15 minutes.
While the oats sit, add your favorite toppings! I topped mine with hemp seeds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, and an almond milk pulp date ball (tastes like cookie dough). Some other ideas would be nuts, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, or granola.
