Spread ¼ tsp of olive oil and garlic powder on your bread. Toast in toaster or on the stove.
Spread mashed avocado on bread, followed by figs, mozzarella, and crushed pistachios.
Mix ½ tsp olive oil with 1 tsp rosewater. Drizzle it on top along with balsamic.
