Half cook (they should be a bit chewy and undercooked when you’re done) ramen to package instructions. Do not take the ramen out of the water when it’s done.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
Heat oil in pan over medium heat, and add garlic, veggies and salt.
Let veggies cook before pouring all of the sauce over them.
After pouring the sauce, bring to a boil, reduce to medium, and simmer veggies for 4-5 minutes.
Add noodles to pan and cook on medium-high for a few minutes, until noodles absorb the sauce.
Top with fresh green onions and sesame seeds.
